I take the boat down to the &#8220;Chinatown Pier&#8221;  N5 or Ratchawongse. This makes the trip a bit more fun as there are lots of things to see on the way to Chinatown.<br \/> It is a great way to enjoy Bangkok if you take the boat up and down the Chao Phraya. But that is another story. And btw &#8211; do not take the tourist boat &#8211; it is not worth the extra bath you have to spend on it! Unless you want to use it the whole day and do many stops! <br \/>Usually i get some souvenirs for friends back home in the small streets with countless shops in Chinatown Bangkok. But this time I only wanted to go to Chinatown and get some tea and dried Goji berries. I have my favourite shop that sell organic Goji so i could do this quick but I love to get lost for a while in the bustling small alleys, browsing the shops. Than I exit usually at the same corner where they sell seafood. One thing the Thais perfected is the display of the goods.
