The full name is Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Wroc\u0142aw. The first church was built in the mid 10th century at this place and later replaced by a larger basilican structure. That one was destroyed many times in many wars &#8211; lets hope this one will last a long time.   <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hastenteufel.name\/pix\/2015\/poland\/046.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"767\" alt=\"Poland 2015\"\/> <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hastenteufel.name\/pix\/2015\/poland\/038.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"425\" alt=\"Poland 2015\"\/><br \/>Only a minute away from the Cathedral is the Collegiate Church of the Holy Cross and St. Bartholomew. I wonder what people do when it rains. There is no roof and only one small toilet building.
