The next day, on the way up north. Off to \u0110\u0103k H\u00e0, a few more kilometers than the last few days. It was hot and dry – OK as long as you are driving. Lots of traffic in Bu\u00f4n Ma Thu\u1ed9t – no clue where they all go. After a while it was less and less traffic. I look forward to the North of Vietnam. The few days with almost no traffic and a lot of green!<\/p>\n

The Duy Phuong Hotel in \u0110\u0103k H\u00e0<\/h2>\n

A few minutes later, I got to my hotel for tonight: The Duy Phuong Hotel in \u0110\u0103k H\u00e0. On booking they say that they are in Kon Tum, but this is a bit further up north. I had a really big room for 10 US$.<\/p>\n

If you look for a place to rest after a long day on the road, the Duy Phuong Hotel is the place for you. The town itself is not as busy as Kon Tum. When I was there, they had a market on the other side of the hotel. Fresh fruits and vegetables if you like.
\nThe room was very big with a double bed, a writing desk with chair, two armchairs, a little desk between them, a TV, a fan, an AC, a fridge, cloth rack, and a cabinet. Big bathroom and a balcony. The room was very clean – so was the bathroom. The shower was hot and the WiFi worked quite well. They have a caf\u00e9 downstairs in the morning as well, and bike parking under a roof. If you are lazy, they even have an elevator!
