A few more Pictures from our Austria trip to the Alps

We did stay 2 night at the Hanauer Hütte in Austria. A dorm bed in a 24 people dorm. A lot of snoring and noise in the very early morning. I have no clue why these people have to get up at 6 in the morning and have to go to bed at 10 in the night. What kind of holiday is that if you can not even sleep??. Did meet 2 guys from Stuttgart in the evening outside at the tables. So we had a lot to talk and even more to drink.
The next morning we did not hike to the next Hütte as Steiner did plan it – to much snow on the mountains – and i am not sure if Danny would have made it. So we went back to the car and drove 20 minutes to a parking place close to where the path to the next place starts. Anhalter Hütte celebrated 100 years anniversary that weekend so we where greeted with Blasmusik which was nice. Later in the afternoon the weather changed and clouds moved in – so everybody else moved down the mountain again. We had a quite evening with only a few other guests. Nice! The next day it was down to the car again and back towards Stuttgart. Blue sky the way we had to hike but dark clouds in the back.
