I like to travel, and I like to snap pictures!
My mother got me an Eurorail ticket when I was 15, and together with two friends, we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures, so one thing leads to another. On this site, I want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you!
Now I am on the road for more than 8 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.

Almost Ready for China
did move the room to the basement, did update the MacBook, filled the iPod, packed everything including the camera and 2 visa cards. that should solve any problem :-) Got in touch with Dave – looking forward to see him. Looks like we go on a hike for the eclipse. Somewhere up on the mountains…
The last Night in Guilin
The last evening before i took the bus to Yangshuo we went for dinner downtown Guilin. There we meet Wendy and her sister. Later joined Vanessa – but she refused to be in the picture. Another nice evening in China! Wendy’s sister, Stan and Wendy downtown Guilin Just to give you a hight idea :-)

this is like china was a long time ago – great! Walking the hutong in Shaoxing The next morning i was walking there again: quite shaky but you might get the drift!
I am in Shanghai and Facebook is blocked in China
Arrived late in the afternoon at Petras and Ludgers place. They have a fantastic view of the bund, the pearl tower and a big part of shanghai. will take a few pictures soon. Not only is my surfdog.de blocked here – now they did block facebook as well. hmmmm
