Start with the seafood

And more Seafood – when it is done – take it out and keep – it will go back in the end!

Vegetables and olive oil and more olive oil

Ad a dash of white vino and the rice – stir to get the rice a bit crispy

Now add the fresh fish soup and stir – add more as the rice starts to soak the soup – towards the end add the mussels

Eat with red wine and friends!
