I like to travel, and I like to snap pictures!
My mother got me an Eurorail ticket when I was 15, and together with two friends, we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures, so one thing leads to another. On this site, I want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you!
Now I am on the road for more than 8 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.
Grrrr – my 1st 1st class flight so i could go to the 1st class lounge – and this one is the only one in china i guess without wifi – fuck!! Anyway smooth flight. Than 40 minutes waiting for the taxi to the bus station. Than 30 minutes waiting for the bus to go….
Today we went to Nong Khai and visited Sala Keoku (Thai: ศาลาแก้วกู่), also spelled as Sala Gaew Goo, Sala Keo Ku, Sala Keo Koo, Sala Kaew Ku, Sala Kaew Koo, Salakaewkoo, Sala Kaeoku, and a few more! The only name that is somewhat consistent is Wat Khaek. Luang Pu Bunleua Sulilat started in 1958 to…
Boys night out and a good opportunity to test the camera in low light. The guys wanted to go to the Phuket Wake Park. There where a few guys from Russia and 2 or 3 other guys. So you have lots of water time. Had to put the ISO on 20.000 to get a bit…

Today Michelle and I went to the Longji Terraces Scenic AreaThe construction begun in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) by the Zhuang and Yao people. Till today they work every day in their fields on the mountains. If you been to Banaue in the Philippines you know what it looks like. Michelle did a fantastic job…

a grüssle aus d´r bitterkalten heimat, gila
he he – das wäre wohl zu teuer :-)
