I like to travel, and I like to snap pictures!
My mother got me an Eurorail ticket when I was 15, and together with two friends, we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures, so one thing leads to another. On this site, I want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you!
Now I am on the road for more than 8 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.

Since a few hours i am back in Delhi where i startet winter 2010/2011 18 weeks ago. In two days i fly back home and in two days i am back in Stuttgart if there is no strike. Yes now it is like Greece with the Deutsche Bahn. Hope i get a fast train home…

Every evening i had dinner at the other site of the island. To see the sunset and to enjoy the food next to the water. A few times i had even a Chocolate Shake – very good!
Finally i had a few minutes to prepare a few pictures from Bodh Gaya. After Lumbini – and the detour to Varanasi – i was logical to visit Bodh Gaya. A Disney-world for the believer. With the temple and sapling of the original tree under which Buddha found enlightenment.
