I like to travel, and I like to snap pictures!
My mother got me an Eurorail ticket when I was 15, and together with two friends, we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures, so one thing leads to another. On this site, I want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you!
Now I am on the road for more than 8 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.
12 years ago i wanted to go to Pai in the far Northwest in Tahiland. I made it all the way to Chiang Mai just to read a mail from a beautiful blonde that i did meet a few weeks earlier in Napali Beach, Myanmar. She crossed the border all the way down south in…
At the fire in the evening the guys decided that we make a trip to a new viewpoint in the mountain high over Pai. Here are a few pictures from the trip: Organic Hill Tribe – fresh roasted to get one started Fabrizio gave me his bike to get to Mikes place where i took…
Had a tasty dinner at Taileks house and went towards Khao San Road for midnight. Did meet with Dee, Gerben and the rest of the crew. It was a fun night!

So where was that tree?
Hi Carl!
how did you find this blog??
umm now how to explain this – it is close to the river where the little park is. if you come from khao sarn you go up where the police station is und cross the temple and than you go out to the street where you would take a boat. you turn right and walk towards the park where the fort is. and there you take another right and walk 100 meters. it is opposit the gas station.
does that help??
greets!!
