I like to travel, and I like to snap pictures!
My mother got me an Eurorail ticket when I was 15, and together with two friends, we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures, so one thing leads to another. On this site, I want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you!
Now I am on the road for more than 8 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.
Well well – Cherating is still laid back – at last in the off season. But – i can not really see a reason why one would go there in the 1st place. The beach sucks and this is the main reason to go to a beach place – is it not??. So i did…
After a few years i am back in the city again. Big changes of course. New buildings and more streets. I stay with Gabriel in a nice and quite neighborhood of KL. Off to the Batu Caves i go now. Will post a few new pix soon!
got my ticket for the “Business Class” Bus with SANI Express. Will look if the islands are operating or if everything is still closed. Update: The bus did stop where the nice brochure of the Malaysian tourist board suggested. than there is public transport they claimed. The transport is a taxi and they wanted to…
Will take the bus tomorrow down south to Cherating. This is about half way to Singapore. A laid back beach place on the mainland. Lets see how much is left of its old charm.
Every evening i had dinner at the other site of the island. To see the sunset and to enjoy the food next to the water. A few times i had even a Chocolate Shake – very good!
Waaaa – 10 days Bangkok and i did not do half of the stuff i wanted to do. Thanks everybody for making this stay a great one. Today i have the night train down to Sungai Kolok. Tomorrow i cross the border to Malaysia. Than i guess one night in Kota Bharu and than off…
