A nice site trip from the main trekking route. Tilicho Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world. Of course they advertise it as the highest which is not true. It was a late morning course I had breakfast with the British team and my friend from Switzerland. Than we took of in the wrong direction. Than they went back to Manang and i had a really hard day reaching the Tilicho Base Camp only a few minutes before it got dark.

I like to travel and i like to snap pictures! My mother got me a Eurorail ticket when i was 15 and together with 2 friends we adventured into France. This was the beginning of a new addiction. I do like to take pictures so one thing leads to another and on this site i want to share some of my pictures and some of my trips with you! Now i am on the road for more than 6 months every year. Visiting old friends and making new friends while exploring this big blue ball.

Your pictures steal my breath way– probably like the altitude steals yours! :-) You really have a gift for capturing panoramic views and catching local people in a very natural way. Just fantastic! Your photos never fail to get a WOW out of me!

No lunar eclipse in Sidney, Nebraska– way too cloudy. I was so disappointed. :-(

I just watched a show about Buddha’s life last week so I’m looking forward to seeing what you see!

    Safe travels!
